Flavor choices include Banana Crumb, Morning Glory, Bran & Oats, Blueberry Crumb, and Rich Chocolate. Please specify your flavor choices in the Special Instructions section of the order process. Muffins are generous in size, approximately 110 grams each. They freeze well and can be warmed up in a jiffy (microwave for 5-10 seconds then pop into the toaster oven for a few minutes).
